Powder,non-etch,low foam, mild alkaline cleaner for cleaning a variety of soils and oils on aluminum parts。

20 - 50 g/l,pH 6.5 -  7.5, 60 ℃ - 65 ℃, 3 - 6 min。

171 Etch B

Powder additive for alkaline etching to produce a coarse white grain finish on aluminum parts,also can be used as a stripper for anodized parts。

10 - 50 g/l,NaOH : 50-150 g/l,40 ℃ - 65 ℃,1 - 5mins。

172 Etch L

Liquid additive works together with sodium hydroxide produce a white fine grain effect on aluminum ,also to prevent formation of oxide scale and extend of bath life。

5 - 10 ml/l,NaOH : 10-100 g/l,40 ℃ - 65 ℃,1 – 10 min。

173 Etch 5AL

Acidic type powder etchant to produce a pearl satin finish on aluminum。

200 - 250 g/l, 35 ℃ - 50 ℃, 30 sec - 3 min。

174 Etch 8AL

Acidic type powder etchant to produce a matt grey finish on aluminum。

100 - 200 g/l, 40 ℃ - 55 ℃, 30 sec - 3 min。

175 Etch 25AL

Acidic type powder etchant to produce a slight matt white finish on aluminum。

80 - 120 g/l, 40 ℃ - 55 ℃,1 - 3 min。

176 Desmut 20N

Long life, remove smut at etching or chemical polishing more effectively than nitric acid on aluminum。

70 - 150 ml/l, Room temperature, 20 sec - 1 min。

177 EP-AL

Electrolytic polishing additive for phosphoric sulfuric brightening process。

25 ml/l,H2PO4 : H2SO4 2 : 1 v/v , 60 ℃ - 120 ℃,Current density 40 - 70 A/mm2

178 Ano Fume

Liquid fume suppressant for sulfuric anodizing bath

101 NNL Liquid

Liquid,non nickel seal。Seal clear anodized parts。

1.5% - 3.0% v/v,pH 7.0 - 7.3,Seal at 80 ℃ - 88 ℃。

136 Sealant SE

Powder,room temperature nickel fluoride sealant。Will not seal dyed surface。

2.5 - 5.0 g/l,pH 5.5 - 6.0,seal at 20 ℃ - 30 ℃。

156 Sealant CK-100

Powder,mid temperature nickel acetate sealant,increase ligthfastness of organic colors,no smut。

5 g/l,pH 5.5 - 6.0,seal at 80 ℃ - 88 ℃。

157 Liquid Sealant SP

Liquid, mid temperature nickel acetate sealant, No smut。

5% v/v,pH 5.5 - 6.0,seal at 85 ℃ - 95 ℃。

162 Technocoat SF5

Milky liquid,add lubricity on hardcoat surface。Can apply without sealing on clear anodized surface。

10%- 30% v/v,room temperature for 30 sec - 1 minute。


 

 

HARDCOAT CHEMICALS

Deep black color。For outdoor use。Dye at room temperature。Use for hardcoat。Suitable for shading。

8 - 10 g/l,pH 6.0 - 7.0,lighfastness:8。

162 Technocoat SF

Milky liquid,add lubricity on hardcoat surface。Can apply without sealing on clear anodized surface。

10%- 30% v/v,room temperature 30 sec - 1 minute。

 

 

 

RESIST INKS

120 Maskant-IT

Resist ink。Can not be applied by silk screen printing method。Can peel off easily by hand after drying。

Ready to use,dry at room temperature or by force air。

160 Resist Ink 300 SP

For screen printing use。Resistance to alkaline, acid and chemical polishing acids mix。Remove by solvent after drying。

Ready to use,screen mesh 80 - 100 ,dry at 80 - 100 ℃ for 20 minutes。

Liquid,light blue tri-valent chrome coating。Can pass 168 hours NSS depends on alloy types。Suitable for diecast alloys。

5% - 15% v/v,pH 3.8 - 4.5,room temperature for 1 – 3 minutes。

158 Greencoat 230

Liquid,chrome free coating。Produce  clear to golden yellow coating。Suitable for all types of alloys。

10% v/v,pH 2.5 - 3.5, 40 ℃ - 60 ℃ for 3 – 5 minutes。
